About the role

This full‑time, day‑shift position provides diagnostic cardiac care under physician direction. The RN will support the arrhythmia service by performing pacemaker/ICD follow‑up, EKG interpretation, and patient advocacy.

Key responsibilities

Perform diagnostic procedures, maintain pacemaker/ICD databases, and generate quality reports for physician review.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and educate patients and families about device management.

Required profile

Current RN license in the state of practice and active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience handling confidential information in a fast‑paced environment; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in pacemaker/Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) follow‑up care and database management.
Ability to interpret Electrocardiograms (EKG) and perform related diagnostic testing.
