About the role

Ochsner is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Ambulatory Infusion Clinic in New Orleans. This full‑time position provides direct patient care, education, and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing resources while acting as a leader on the care team.
Utilize data and evidence‑based practice to drive improvements in patient outcomes.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred).
Current state RN license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
