About the role

A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is looking for a caring, clinically excellent Registered Dental Hygienist. The practice is not volume-driven and focuses on human connection, trust, education and helping patients achieve lifelong oral and overall health. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent preventive periodontal care in a patient-centered environment
• Educate patients clearly, compassionately and motivably
• Build strong relationships with patients and help create lifelong trust
• Partner closely with doctors and team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control standards
• Help patients feel comfortable, respected and confident in their care
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture

Required profile

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin
• Cares deeply about patient education and prevention
• Communicates with warmth, confidence and professionalism
