About the role
Support children and young adults with autism in West Oahu by delivering one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis services in home and community settings. The position includes training, supervision, and the opportunity to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
Key responsibilities
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures according to the client’s treatment plan.
- Collect and document behavior data, progress notes, and intervention outcomes.
- Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families, respecting their values and beliefs.
- Collaborate with the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist to review data and adjust programs.
- Provide habilitation, training, and community integration support as directed by the treatment plan.
Required profile
- RBT credential or willingness to pursue certification.
- Preferably one year of experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
