About the role
Support children and young adults with autism in their homes and community, implementing ABA treatment plans. BAYADA provides training and supervision for those pursuing or holding the RBT credential.
Key responsibilities
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures according to the client’s behavior support plan.
- Document interventions, collect behavior data, and review progress with the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
- Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills.
- Transport clients as needed for treatment activities and monitor health status, reporting any changes.
Required profile
- One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Current CPR/FA certification.
Required skills
- Ability to follow established treatment plans and behavior support plans.
- Accurate data collection and documentation skills.
