Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Join BAYADA’s ABA center in Wailuku, HI as a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work with a large team of BCBAs to deliver compassionate, excellent, and reliable services to clients across Maui.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill‑based assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Lead group trainings and supervision sessions.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Required profile

• BCBA® certification in good standing with the BACB®.
• Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis obtained before start date.
• Relevant experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
