About the role
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children and young adults with autism in West Oahu. You will work 1:1 in homes and community settings, following individualized behavior support plans.
Key responsibilities
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures as directed by the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
- Document interventions, collect behavior data, and review progress reports to inform program improvements.
- Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain functional skills.
- Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families, respecting their values and beliefs.
- Monitor health status and report any changes or incidents to the office.
Required profile
- One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Interest in obtaining or holding the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
