Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Yuma

About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, clinic, or community settings. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction protocols and collect data.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA intervention programs in various settings.
• Observe, record, and analyze client behavior data.
• Teach targeted skills outlined in each child’s treatment plan.
• Participate in regular supervisory meetings with a BCBA.

Required profile

• Current RBT certification from the BACB.
• At least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Clean background check and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Ability to lift 40 lb, kneel, stand, and engage in physical activities throughout the day.
