Behavior Technician (BT) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join Consultants for Children, Inc. as a Behavior Technician (BT) and make a meaningful difference each day by supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work in home, school, or community settings, applying evidence‑based ABA techniques to help children build essential skills.

Key responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior using a tablet or computer.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Successful completion of background checks, drug test, and provision of professional references.
