Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, community, and center‑based settings. This part‑time position works under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and supports client progress through consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior using tablet or computer systems.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans, including communication, social, play, daily living, and pre‑academic skills.
• Participate in regular supervision with a BCBA and maintain professional boundaries with families and team members.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and actively participate in play activities.
• Clean background check and positive professional references.
• Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.

Required skills

• Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and company policies.
• Accurate and timely data collection and documentation.
• Effective communication with families and team members.
