Part Time Behavior Technician (BT)

About the role

Join a women‑owned company providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Work part‑time (15‑20 hours/week) in home, school, or community settings, with potential to increase to full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs according to individualized treatment plans.
• Observe, collect, and record client behavior data using a tablet or computer.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and pre‑academic skills.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Pass background check, drug test, and provide professional references.

Required skills

• Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.
• Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
