Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

About the role

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full‑time hybrid position. You will deliver high‑quality ABA services to children with autism across home, community, and school settings while mentoring staff and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Supervise and guide behavior technicians and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead team meetings, coordinate care, and participate in IEP meetings.

Required profile

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

• Salary $80,000–$105,000 annually (first 90 days) with hourly rates $51–$67 after.
