Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high‑quality 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across home, school, community, and center settings. Working under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA, you will help children with autism and related developmental disabilities develop essential skills.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA intervention programs in various environments.
• Observe, collect, and record data on each child’s behavior.
• Teach specific behavior skills outlined in treatment plans.
• Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and actively participate in play activities.
• Clean background check and positive professional references.
• Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.

Required skills

• Implementation of ABA techniques.
• Data collection and documentation.
• Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies.
