Receptionist & Behavior Technician (Dual Role)

About the role

This full‑time, in‑person position combines front‑desk responsibilities with direct support for children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will interact with families, manage scheduling, and provide clinical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with staff, families, and stakeholders; respond to emails within 2 business days and voicemails within 1 day.
• Manage clinical schedules, coordinate staffing for new clients, and assist with client intake documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and keep the office organized and clean.
• Serve as a primary contact for families and external partners, support local outreach, and handle office supplies and company vehicle coordination.
• Build positive relationships with children and caregivers, participate in trainings, and work as an RBT when needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license for occasional company vehicle use.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and actively participate in play activities.
• Clean background check and positive professional references.
