Behavior Technician (BT) – Full-Time Position

About the role

Join a women‑owned company dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive. As a Behavior Technician you will deliver evidence‑based ABA interventions in home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs across various settings.
• Observe, collect, and record client behavior data using a tablet or computer.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Pass background check, drug test, and provide professional references.

Required skills

• Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
