Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join Consultants for Children, Inc. as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Brush. This full‑time position (30–35 hrs/week) supports clients in home, clinic, school, or community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention programs according to individualized treatment plans.
• Observe, record, and analyze client behavior data.
• Teach targeted skills and behavior reduction techniques.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Required profile

• Current RBT credential from the BACB.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Clean background check and reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Ability to lift 40 lb, kneel, stand, and engage in active play.

Required skills

• Data collection and documentation of ABA sessions.
• Understanding of ABA principles and behavior reduction protocols.
