Behavior Technician (BT) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join a women‑owned company dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive. As a Behavior Technician you will deliver evidence‑based ABA interventions in home, school, and community settings, directly supporting each child’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs across various settings.
• Observe, collect, and record accurate behavioral data using a tablet or computer.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and pre‑academic skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and up to 30‑35 hours per week, staying until 5 PM.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and actively engage in play activities.

Required skills

• Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.
• Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement.
