Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA

About the role

Ivy Rehab is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program in Chesapeake, Virginia. You will support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy tailored to autism, working under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is full time, 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under the direction of a BCBA
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques
• Communicate effectively and build professional relationships with teammates, families and patients

Required profile

• More than 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Customer service and patient care experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
