About the role

Fooda is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations to lead its Boston market. Reporting to the President of Markets, you will manage both sales and operations teams, drive market growth, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the Boston region that aligns with Fooda’s overall goals.
  • Recruit, retain, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing sales and operations team.
  • Maintain full P&L ownership, achieving growth while improving operating leverage.
  • Manage large sales opportunities, present solutions, and negotiate contracts alongside direct reports.
  • Collaborate with peers and corporate departments to share best practices and drive improvements across the business.
  • Provide accurate metrics for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrate deep domain expertise of local industries, location types, and competition.

Required profile

  • Forward‑thinking analyst of business, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop senior sales and operations talent.
  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of driving revenue and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
