About the role
Join The LEGO® Group as a Key Account Manager for US Channels – Grocery. You will be the primary liaison for strategic national and regional grocery customers, driving business plan execution, brand protection, and innovative test‑and‑learn projects that increase product reach.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement joint business plans aligned with LEGO’s and customers’ strategies.
- Design and execute integrated commercial and promotional plans across retail, e‑commerce, and digital channels.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and retail critical indicators.
- Lead negotiations and manage trade agreements using data‑driven insights.
- Coordinate test‑and‑learn initiatives to enhance brand protection and consumer access.
- Collaborate with licensing partners to expand business opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within the grocery or consumer‑goods sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic joint business plans and drive cross‑functional execution.
- Experience working with licensing partners is a plus.
