Regional Service Manager

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a team of District Service Managers. The role focuses on delivering dealer and direct technical support for all Konica Minolta products and solutions across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Support Dealer Principals and Service Managers by assessing needs and providing managerial and technical guidance through District Service Managers.
• Collaborate with the Regional VP of Sales to drive marketing initiatives that increase product support and sales revenue.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Set performance goals for direct reports and monitor progress toward regional and corporate objectives.
• Lead all hiring activities for regional staff and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development.
• Coordinate field support scheduling with District Service Managers and work with Marketing on regional product shows.
• Develop and manage the annual service operating budget, ensuring profit targets are met or exceeded.
• Assist dealers and direct service teams with Pro‑Tech program certification and related training.

Required profile

• 10+ years of supervisory or management experience in the office equipment industry or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Strong conflict‑management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and dealer business operating systems.
