Regional Sales Manager – Parts & Services (U.S.)

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Parts & Services Regional Sales Manager for the United States. The role will be based in any U.S. location and is responsible for driving sustainable growth of parts and services across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of approximately five Parts & Services Sales Representatives.
• Execute the national sales strategy, grow the portfolio and ensure operational excellence.
• Act as regional champion for Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios and support the Product Manager on rock‑drill execution.
• Generate new business, strengthen customer relationships and convert opportunities into orders.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering value‑driven solutions to customer challenges.
