Regional Sales Manager – Ohio

About the role

BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Ohio to drive new business and expansion across its enterprise data and security portfolio. You will own a defined territory, work closely with senior executives, and lead an inside‑sales and marketing team to uncover opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report activity to senior sales leadership.
• Build and nurture relationships with key executives and senior decision‑makers.
• Direct an inside‑sales team and collaborate with marketing to generate pipeline.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to mid‑size and large enterprises.
• Proven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure software licensing deals.
• Demonstrated success in new‑business development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling data security or related enterprise solutions.

Required skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for account management and forecasting.
