Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Ohio & Northwest Pennsylvania

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania territory for G.W. Becker, a leading crane manufacturer. In this role you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building a pipeline of new customers, and driving revenue growth for our engineered capital equipment and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Promote and sell crane and other industrial capital equipment, as well as related service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success selling engineered capital equipment or industrial solutions.
• Proven ability to sell to all organizational levels and influence decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing the complete deal cycle from prospecting to close.
• Knowledge of crane or industrial sales is preferred.
