Regional Property Manager – Northern New Jersey

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in Northern New Jersey. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to ensure performance goals are met.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption of revised protocols.
• Oversee and manage budgets, preparing regular performance and financial reports for ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies, achieve optimal occupancy, and drive targeted leasing efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading new‑development (lease‑up) communities.
• Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or in a comparable senior property‑management role.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and present performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for tenant interaction and stakeholder collaboration.
