Regional Property Manager (Active Adult) – Colorado

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of active‑adult communities in Colorado, driving performance, profitability and tenant satisfaction. This senior position reports to senior leadership and collaborates with regional support services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational, financial and business performance goals are met through property inspections, financial reviews and action‑plan implementation.
• Collaborate with community managers and regional support leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Manage budgets, prepare performance reports and present metrics to ownership and senior management.
• Foster tenant relationships, implement retention programs and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee leasing, marketing strategies and occupancy targets.
• Direct maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance and conduct preventative maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing diverse property portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and knowledge of real‑estate laws and market trends.
• Excellent communication and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Yardi and/or RealPage).
• Advanced use of spreadsheet and database applications for reporting.
