About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager for its Active Adult division, based in the Greater Charlotte region. The role oversees a portfolio of senior‑living communities, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to ensure portfolio goals are met.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to align strategies.
• Lead adoption of local and national operational initiatives.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial targets, and prepare performance reports for ownership.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs.
• Work with leasing teams to create effective marketing strategies and maintain optimal occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Leadership skills to guide Community Managers and support teams.
