Leasing Manager - Floating Team

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for a floating team that will support multiple communities across the Charlotte region. This permanent role involves overseeing marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets while traveling between sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit readiness, including merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations and leading a leasing team.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and occupancy drivers.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and advertising plans.
• Excellent coordination skills with maintenance and other support functions.
