Regional Property Manager – Greater Charlotte

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Greater Charlotte area for Greystar’s 3rd Party division. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across the assigned communities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to ensure portfolio and individual communities meet established performance goals.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to align operational, financial, and business objectives.
• Work with regional support services leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead the adoption of local and national operational initiatives and revised protocols.
• Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Partner with leasing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Supervise maintenance operations to ensure property standards and regulatory compliance.
