Regional Production Director (Events)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Regional Production Director (Events) to join its Fever Originals team. Working with input from the global team and in close collaboration with Regional Managers, the role oversees all production activities in the assigned region, ensuring live events and permanent experiences run to the highest standards. It manages multiple production teams, drives process consistency and represents the production function in regional and global forums.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all production activities in the region, keeping each event aligned with company standards and brand identity.
• Develop and implement production strategies with Regional and New Ventures managers, and evaluate project feasibility and risks.
• Work with Production Leads to clarify partner needs, review expectations against local regulations and share learnings from other markets.
• Help senior leadership set regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently across events and locations.
• Supervise planning and execution of projects, from pre-production through to event wrap-up, and manage timelines, schedules and logistics.
• Collaborate with technical, creative, marketing and finance departments, and ensure compliance with labour laws, industry standards and health and safety regulations.
• Provide on-the-ground leadership to resolve technical or operational issues during production.
• Lead a regional team of production managers, technical directors, production coordinators and other staff, including mentorship, performance feedback and evaluations, and hold the team accountable for budget trade-offs.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers and venues, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients in the region.
• Ensure adherence to inventory and storage processes, and identify new opportunities for live entertainment productions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership in live events, immersive experiences or attractions, with proven end-to-end production accountability.
• Experience managing multi-market teams and complex event portfolios, and multi-million-euro budgets.
• Strong leadership presence, financial acumen and extensive network of vendors and freelance talent.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally across time zones.

Hiring process: a 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, a 60-minute online test covering logic, analytics and written understanding, a 30-minute meeting with a hiring manager, and a 45-minute video call with the future manager including a business case presentation.
