Project Manager - Events

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Project Manager for its Los Angeles office. You will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from start to finish, and help scale them to other markets. You will work with all departments, from Marketing to Operations, and interact directly with partners, providers and venues.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic planning, execution and reporting of key strategic experiences
• Analyze business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose process improvements and drive high customer satisfaction
• Pitch and close events with big entertainment partners
• Work with marketing to ensure events perform well on ticket sales and coverage
• Manage, report on and grow event revenue
• Grow the experiences team against targets and share best practices to scale other cities (travel opportunity)
• Build and grow the partner network of venues and event organizers
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering
• Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Required profile

• 4+ years in a project management role, consulting background or entertainment project management
• Native English
• Strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills
• Solution-focused, highly organized, collaborative and able to handle parallel work streams
• Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies and talent
• Ability to think strategically using event partnership briefs and proprietary data

Required skills

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
• Strong academic background is a plus

Hiring process: 30-minute video call, 60-minute online test, 30-minute video call with the future manager, and a 45-minute in-person business case in the LA office.
