Regional Performance & Transformation Manager

About the role

As the Regional Performance & Transformation Manager you will be the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the assigned region, linking regional teams with central ASCX pillars. You will drive change, foster a culture of creativity and commercial excellence, and lead strategic transformation projects that support Satair’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the regional commercial project portfolio, ensuring financial impact and performance metrics align with ASCX goals (35%).
• Implement the Airbus Operating System (AOS) regional roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones using LBIP and Agile methodologies (30%).
• Represent ASCX in regional forums, act as a connector between regional teams and process, performance, data analytics and automation pillars (20%).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence within the region (10%).

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience leading cross‑functional, regional and global continuous‑improvement and transformation projects in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimisation.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
