Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Medspa

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple medspa locations. The role will ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across all sites while driving performance, financial results and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and hold Location Managers and Patient Coordinators accountable for goals, performance and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop managers and coordinators, conducting performance reviews and coaching.
• Facilitate weekly manager and full‑team meetings to share updates, launch initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
• Track, analyze and act on key performance metrics; manage budgets, personnel costs and revenue‑growth strategies.
• Optimize staffing schedules based on traffic patterns and ensure consistent customer experience across locations.
• Handle customer complaints, disputes, chargebacks and negative reviews, escalating when necessary.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement process improvements without compromising service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or service locations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• High accountability, autonomy and ability to resolve operational issues proactively.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, KPI tracking and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
