Regional Manager I

About the role

Gopuff is looking for a self‑starting Regional Manager I to lead a portfolio of locations across the United States. This fast‑paced, high‑impact position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering a perfect customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coach a team of General Managers in daily operations.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (daily to annual) and develop improvement strategies.
• Oversee onboarding programs and talent development to build a deep bench of future leaders.
• Maintain strong communication between field teams and headquarters, ensuring alignment on goals and reporting.
• Travel to sites at least 90% of the time to provide hands‑on leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data‑driven project management.
• Proven leadership of multi‑location teams and large onboarding initiatives.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, STEM, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to execute under pressure.
