Regional Lead, Corporate Events

About the role

The Regional Lead, Corporate Events will oversee high‑visibility meetings and events across North America, with direct responsibility for all events in the New York office and surrounding area. This role leads a regional team of two Invesco Event Managers and three third‑party resources, partnering closely with the Regional Lead, North America and the Senior Manager of Corporate Events to ensure alignment with firm‑wide strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for all meetings and events in New York, aligning regional priorities with the North America strategy.
• Ensure every event meets Invesco’s client‑experience standards and manage the client‑experience initiative for the team.
• Lead and develop a blended team of internal and third‑party staff, driving performance, accountability and clear role definitions.
• Coordinate logistics for complex events, collaborating with catering professionals and conference‑center teams.
• Maintain governance, scale impact and deliver executional excellence for strategically important programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑visibility corporate meetings and events.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, including leading internal and external event staff.
• Ability to align regional event execution with broader North America strategic objectives.
