Regional HVAC Trainer

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Regional HVAC Trainer to design and deliver technical and sales training for a wide audience of contractors, installers, sales representatives, distributors, and engineers. The role focuses on air‑source heat pumps and related HVAC solutions for residential and light‑commercial markets, including rooftop equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present classroom, field‑demonstration, and digital training programs covering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality teams to keep training content aligned with regulatory requirements and emerging industry trends such as electrification and energy efficiency.
• Travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned region, providing on‑site training and support to distributors and contractors.
• Ensure participants acquire practical skills and confidence in Bosch products and solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on HVAC field experience, including heat‑pump and rooftop equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering technical training or product education in classroom or field settings.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
