Regional Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Regional Fulfillment Coordinator to support its semiconductor and advanced display equipment business. Based in San Francisco, you will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and supplier teams to ensure material availability and cost efficiency for product development and commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.
• Perform make‑versus‑buy analyses to support outsourcing decisions.
• Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Participate in Materials Core Team activities and manage product development deliverables.
• Support creation, release, and updates of new project material strategies.
• Assist in supplier price and delivery negotiations and conduct supplier risk assessments.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Generate and publish key process indicators (KPIs) and track total landed cost targets.

Required profile

• Ability to work under direct supervision while handling multiple supplier‑related tasks.
• Strong analytical skills for cost, risk, and performance assessments.
• Experience coordinating with engineering and procurement teams.
