Field Inventory Planner II

About the role

The Field Inventory Planner II ensures the accuracy, availability, and efficiency of field and distribution inventory while driving operational excellence through data analytics and process automation. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support inventory processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools and collaborate closely with the field selling organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory program transactions such as capital evaluations, consignment, and cycle‑counting, providing troubleshooting support to the field.
• Coordinate liquidation and transfer of stock based on cost, age, and demand, and act quickly on out‑of‑stock situations.
• Support new product launches by following established procedures.
• Perform analysis of operational and inventory data, build and clean databases, and prepare regular metrics reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities through trend and indicator analysis.
• Design and develop Power Apps to digitalize manual inventory processes.
• Automate workflows with Power Automate, integrating SAP, Excel, SharePoint and other sources.
• Create dynamic Power BI dashboards to visualize inventory KPIs in real time.
• Document and execute inventory management processes in accordance with SOPs and participate in internal quality audits.
