About the role
Join the nation’s fastest‑growing pizza brand as a Regional Franchise Operations Director, overseeing a network of 13 delivery outlets across the Northeast USA. You will drive sales, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring brand consistency.
Key responsibilities
- P&L management and inventory control with food cost analysis
- Labor scheduling, route optimization and logistics
- Health & safety compliance and conflict resolution
- Leadership, team development and customer focus
- Monitor and improve delivery times and same‑store sales growth
Required profile
- Lead and grow a franchise of 13 pizza delivery outlets
- Drive sales, operational excellence and team performance to maximize profitability
Required skills
- POS systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha)
- Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
