Part‑Time Bartender

About the role

Join the bar team at a busy Hilton Garden Inn property, serving beverages and food in a friendly, courteous manner. You will help maintain high guest‑satisfaction scores while working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas, slice and pit fruit for garnishes, and prepare drink and food orders.
• Check identification, serve guests, issue checks, process payments and follow standards for managing intoxicated patrons.
• Complete beverage requisitions, side work, and assist with inventory and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred; TIPS certification is a plus.
• Previous bartending or mixology experience required, or equivalent training.
• Food sanitation certificate required within 90 days of employment.
