About the role
The House Attendant ensures public hotel areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting guest satisfaction and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests courteously.
- Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks.
- Collect and dispose of trash from service landings.
- Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
- Transport used linen to laundry and deliver clean linen to sections.
- Report maintenance issues and maintain organization of guest areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide assistance.
- Fill in as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
- Follow HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines.
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.
