Regional Director of Operations – Senior Care

About the role

The Regional Director of Operations leads a cluster of senior living communities, overseeing day‑to‑day management and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, fostering talent development, and implementing innovative processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures within each community.
• Provide training and support to team members, promoting high‑quality care and resident independence.
• Conduct field audits across the region’s communities.
• Set goals and objectives for operations and sales functions.
• Lead regional training sessions focused on operations, sales, and marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of operations leadership experience, including multi‑site senior living management.
• Bachelor’s degree and financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Valid license to operate an assisted living facility where required by state law.
• At least three years of sales and marketing leadership in senior living or hospitality.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
