Regional Director of Facilities Management

About the role

Rise Association Management Group is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Regional Director of Facilities Management to lead facilities operations across a portfolio of condominium, high‑rise, and community‑association properties in Houston, TX. This senior leadership position oversees maintenance, preventative programs, capital projects, vendor performance, compliance, and facilities personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs for multiple properties.
• Manage capital projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Monitor and improve vendor performance and compliance initiatives.
• Lead and build accountability within the facilities team.
• Partner with community managers, general managers, Boards of Directors, and vendors to maintain communities to the highest standards.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of $110,000 annually.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
