Regional AI Product Enablement Manager

About the role

The AI Product Enablement Regional Manager leads the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement team within Quotient Inside in the Americas. Operating at the intersection of Product Strategy and Product Delivery, the role translates firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation and scalable guidance, and develops the strategy to adopt the firm's AI products across the region. It is a hybrid role with 60% in-office attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Run the AI enablement function, including coaching, triage, experimentation and standards setting, and manage workflows for intake, routing, escalation and feedback
• Track adoption metrics and keep a performance dashboard up to date
• Act as a clearing house for AI questions, routing bugs, platform issues and general usage questions to the right resources
• Provide AI coaching and run hands-on experiments with Meta-prompting, custom GPTs and workflow prototyping
• Capture recurring patterns and turn them into reusable guides, exemplars and demos
• Lead multiple enablement initiatives and coordinate Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms and platform teams
• Lead, coach and develop a team of AI Product Enablement Analysts and set team priorities

Required profile

• 6-9 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management or related roles
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Preferred: professional services or complex matrixed environments

Required skills

• Project management and facilitation
• Hands-on AI tool fluency (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
• Analytical thinking and stakeholder coordination

What we offer

• Base salary range of $130,000 to $195,000, with possible performance-based incentives
