Regional Account Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

KIKO MILANO is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to lead its commercial activities across the Los Angeles territory. The role combines wholesale partnership management with direct oversight of freestanding stores, ensuring brand performance and growth in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own sell‑through performance for all assigned Macy’s doors, acting as the primary commercial liaison with Beauty Directors, Customer Experience Managers and Counter Managers.
• Maintain a disciplined store‑visit cadence, document outcomes and deliver weekly call reports covering performance, competitive intelligence and action plans.
• Develop and execute door‑level strategies to improve sell‑through rates, rank within competitive sets and net sales per door.
• Plan, negotiate and oversee in‑store events, product launches and GWP promotions, tracking commercial outcomes and post‑event performance.
• Audit counter execution, ensure compliance with promotional displays, collateral and brand standards, and work with the Regional Training & Education Manager to resolve gaps.
• Directly manage freestanding store managers, set goals, conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high‑performing store teams, and support new store openings within the territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale account management and retail store leadership, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Strong track record of driving sell‑through performance and executing successful in‑store events.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both retailer partners and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business plans.
