Regional Business Director, Oncology – West Region

About the role

The Regional Business Director, Oncology (West Region) leads a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists to drive growth for the RYBREVANT franchise covering Lung and Head & Neck cancers. This field‑based leadership position requires strategic execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and extensive travel across the western United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, develop and retain a high‑performing team of District Managers and Sales Specialists.
• Develop and execute a West Region business plan that meets sales growth and volume objectives for the RYBREVANT franchise.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Pricing Strategy, and Commercial Excellence to optimize access and relationships.
• Coach leaders and teams to align internal and external stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and deliver customer‑centric outcomes.
• Set account goals, oversee metrics, and monitor business performance across Lung and Head & Neck cancer segments.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in cross‑functional commercial roles within pharma, biotech, medical device, or healthcare.
• Prior people‑management experience with proven ability to develop diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight/weekend).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
