Territory Manager – Shockwave Medical

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical in Los Angeles. The role focuses on promoting innovative intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) technology to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Cold‑call, prospect, and build relationships to increase account revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Attend catheter‑lab procedures, provide product demonstrations, and advise physicians on product usage.
• Achieve sales/revenue objectives and quota for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical, Marketing, R&D and other business units to identify selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital‑based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred) or 3 years of cardiovascular/interventional sales support experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 lb.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of catheter technology and intravascular lithotripsy.
• Ability to conduct consultative sales calls with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons.
• Strong product presentation and demonstration skills.
