Referral Coordinator, Continence Care

About the role

Responsible for creating and processing referrals from healthcare professionals and other sources into the CM database for order confirmations and shipment. Duties include validating medical files, scanning them into customer accounts, and verifying patients' insurance benefits by contacting insurers and documenting the information.

Key responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments and load required documentation into the CM database.
• Organize and update customer records, ensuring accuracy of medical and insurance information.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to respond to referrals and verify insurance benefits.
• Review medical records for missing documentation, correct deficiencies, and ensure proper signatures.
• Research and resolve order issues by communicating with HCPs, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of contact‑center experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred and willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain composure under workload pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow complex instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience navigating multiple computer systems.
• Fast and accurate typing ability.
