Contract Implementation Administrator

About the role

The Contract Implementation Administrator serves as the central point of contact for contracting, credentialing, revenue cycle, and audit teams. The role ensures timely execution, discovery, and operationalization of payer regulations while securely storing all payer contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop and execute contract implementation strategies, resource plans, and timelines.
• Conduct financial and utilization analyses, establish deployment KPIs, and present strategy plans to leadership.
• Perform due diligence on payer guidelines, operationalize payment scenarios, and communicate regulatory changes.
• Maintain payer files—including contracts and fee schedules—in both paper and electronic formats.
• Lead annual payer attestations and trainings, and support cross‑functional organizational requirements.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in business or related field and at least 2 years of experience in payer contracting, contract management, or healthcare revenue cycle with a multi‑state DME supplier.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare and payer rules specific to durable medical equipment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
