Small to Midsize Strategy Leader - Clinical Data

About the role

Veeva Systems seeks a Strategy Leader to grow the Clinical Data business with leading pharmaceutical companies, focusing on small to midsize customers.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for emerging to mid‑size companies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Leverage professional networks to drive adoption.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to accelerate product adoption.

Required profile

• 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company, CRO, or sponsor in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to hold meaningful conversations with business and IT executives about Clinical Data adoption.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Data Quality System (DQS).
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and global product development.
• Project‑management ability to prioritize and delegate work.
